EPFO Announces Interest Credit and Auto Claim Settlement Boost for PF Subscribers

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has announced a major relief for PF subscribers by confirming that the annual interest at 8.25% will be credited to EPF accounts by July 15. The interest credit process is expected to cover nearly 34 crore EPF accounts across the country, benefiting millions of employees.

In addition, EPFO has introduced a new digital portal that allows subscribers to avail automatic claim settlement for withdrawals up to ₹5 lakh. The initiative is aimed at simplifying the withdrawal process, reducing processing time, and improving digital services for EPF account holders.
