A latest CVoter snap poll has revealed that more than half of the respondents are dissatisfied with the Modi government's handling of the paper leak issue. According to the survey, around 40% of NDA voters also expressed dissatisfaction over the government's response. The polling agency said the paper leak controversy has caused political damage to the NDA government.
The survey also found that Prime Minister Narendra Modi continues to lead Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi by 12 percentage points as the most popular youth leader among Indians. Around 12% of respondents identified the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) as the voice of the youth, while nearly 50% said they would support the movement on other public issues in the future. The agency noted that growing frustration among youth over limited opportunities remains a bigger challenge than the paper leak issue.
