CS Sanjay Jaju Travels on Hyderabad Metro Rail

Telangana Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju travelled on the Hyderabad Metro Rail on Sunday and reviewed passenger facilities, services, maintenance and other operations. He travelled from Begumpet Metro Station to Paradise Metro Station. Hyderabad Metro Rail MD Sarfaraz Ahmed and Additional MD Ajit Reddy accompanied him during the journey.

During the trip, Jaju reviewed passenger footfall, facilities available at stations, train maintenance and the services being provided to commuters. He discussed measures to improve connectivity, safety and passenger convenience in line with the city’s growing transportation needs. He also instructed officials to continuously improve service quality and said the visit was aimed at understanding the experience, needs and challenges of regular commuters.
