Tim Cook has indicated that iPhone prices may increase in the future, including the upcoming iPhone 18 series. He said the company has so far absorbed rising costs to protect customers from additional financial burden, despite increasing expenses across the supply chain and production process.
However, Cook stated that continuing to absorb these costs may no longer be sustainable. As a result, the company may have to pass some of the burden on to consumers. His remarks have sparked speculation that the iPhone 18 lineup could see a price hike when it is launched.
