Employees at Level 70 and below, based on the company's internal job grading system, are eligible for the scheme. Around 60,000 employees worldwide are estimated to qualify. Microsoft has approximately 23,000 employees in India, although the exact number eligible for the offer in the country has not yet been clarified.
