

Amid fears of escalating conflict, international gold and silver prices witnessed a sharp rise in early trading on Monday. However, prices moderated later in the night. As of 11:55 PM, the price of an ounce (31.10 grams) of pure gold was up by 19 dollars, standing at 5,297 dollars. Meanwhile, the price of silver per ounce declined by 5 dollars to 88 dollars.
Reflecting these global trends, in the Hyderabad bullion market, the price of 24-carat gold stood at ₹1,69,940 per 10 grams, while silver was priced at ₹2,82,788 per kilogram.
