LB Stadium Hosts Thrilling Football Finale?

The inaugural Young Telangana Football League, hosted by the Sports Authority of Telangana at LB Stadium, Hyderabad, concluded successfully with Reeds FC emerging as champions. The semifinals delivered thrilling encounters, with Petra Sports Academy winning via penalties and Reeds FC defeating Jim Khana FC to reach the final. In the final, Reeds FC secured a 2-1 victory over Petra Sports Academy.

The closing ceremony honored standout performers of the tournament. Sujay of Reeds FC was awarded Promising Player, Karunia from LB Stadium A received Best Striker, and Sanav of Petra Sports Academy was named Best Goalkeeper. Dhyan Chand Awardee Shabbir Ali attended as chief guest and praised the initiative to revive football culture in Telangana.
