Bigg Boss Telugu 10 continued its intense second week with changing alliances, strategic conversations and a surprise re-entry. The episode began on a high note as the housemates woke up to the energetic song “Oo Antava Mava Oo Oo Antava Mava.” Meanwhile, conversations among Rohit, Shalini and Srishti focused on Vamshi’s behaviour in the house. They discussed whether his changing approach was connected to visibility and screen presence. Elsewhere, Varshini became emotional after being hurt by comments made by Vamshi during a discussion about oil usage in the kitchen.

A major shift in the house dynamics occurred when Trigun approached Rohit, who had previously been viewed as his rival. Trigun suggested that both were strong players and that other contestants were using their rivalry as a shield. He proposed that they avoid targeting each other for the week and concentrate on their individual games. Rohit responded positively and said that he would not betray Trigun. Later, Ram Prasad, Debjani and Trigun competed in the captaincy race, with Trigun emerging ahead in the round. The biggest surprise came when three contestants appeared dressed as demons and staged a dramatic scene involving Shalini. When the mask was removed, it was revealed that Charan had returned to the house after his first-week elimination. However, his comeback received an immediate setback when he chose Trigun for a challenge and ultimately lost the task.
