In the phone tapping case, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has once again issued a notice to former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR). The SIT has directed him to appear for questioning scheduled on Sunday.
The notice was affixed to the wall of KCR’s residence at Nandi Nagar. It has been issued under Section 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC). The SIT instructed KCR to be available at his Nandi Nagar residence at 3:00 PM on the same day.
SIT officials stated that KCR will be questioned at Nandi Nagar in connection with the case. As the investigation into the phone tapping issue is ongoing, this notice has assumed significant importance.
