‘Kuppam Has a Special Place in My Heart’ -Chandrababu Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said he shares a deep family bond with the people of Kuppam and that residents have treated him like a member of their own families. During his visit to his constituency, he inaugurated and laid foundation stones for several development works before addressing the ‘Swarna Kuppam’ public meeting. Naidu said Kuppam had given him a political identity and remained particularly close to his heart. He said his vision was to provide better amenities in every village and a house for every family, transforming Kuppam into a model constituency through development.

Naidu also highlighted the importance of water projects for Rayalaseema and referred to the efforts to bring water to Kuppam. He said the government was working to strengthen the region’s infrastructure and create new opportunities through tourism and industry. He proposed developing a Heritage Granite Stone Cluster to attract tourists and said the market yard would be upgraded at an estimated cost of Rs 2.5 crore. The Chief Minister’s two-day Kuppam visit includes several development programmes and project inaugurations.
