"Be patient for these two years. Jagan 2.0 is coming," YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said. He was speaking at a meeting with party leaders and workers at his camp office in Pulivendula. The ruling coalition was severely attacked. He said that the sound that starts from Pulivendula should be heard all over the state. He said he was confident that the coalition government would be wiped out in the next elections.
He asked all the workers to be brave and assured them that he would stand by them. He announced that he would be in Pulivendula on the day of polling for the municipal elections. He said that the YSRCP will win the next elections. There is no need for anyone to be afraid. He assured the workers that your elder brother would be with you.
"When our time comes, there is no question of sparing any officer who has violated the law and done injustice. It doesn't matter if they are in service or even after they retire. Wherever we are, we will take action before the law. We will make them pay with interest," he said. He made it clear that if he laid his hand on his workers in Pulivendula, it would be like laying a hand on him. "We have to protect our rights. Revolt."
Jagan alleged that the ruling coalition was killing democracy in the local body election process. "My sisters are contesting 50 per cent of the seats in the elections. Their nominations are being blocked in the middle of the road. The sisters' sarees were torn and attacked. Are you ashamed to do this? It was during the YSRCP regime that real justice was done to women. Now Chandrababu should be ashamed of what he is doing," he said.
