‘Couple Friendly’ Movie to Stream on OTT from the 13th of This Month!

The Telugu film Couple Friendly, which was released in theaters on Valentine’s Day last month, is now ready for its OTT release. The movie stars Santosh Shoban and Manasa Varanasi in the lead roles and is directed by Ashwin Chandrasekhar. The film was released in both Telugu and Tamil languages. Now, within a month of its theatrical release, the movie will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from March 13.

The film was released without huge expectations. In the beginning, it did not perform strongly at the box office. However, after the movie team did an interview with Prabhas a week later, the collections improved slightly. Overall, the film finished its theatrical run with decent numbers.

The story follows Shiva, a young man from Nellore who moves to Chennai in search of a job. When he fails to find one, he starts working as a part-time bike rider. During this time, he meets Mithra, a young woman with a similar situation. Both of them tell their families that they have jobs and continue living in Chennai. Due to unexpected circumstances, they start living together. The rest of the story shows how their lives change and whether their love story has a happy ending.
