TG: High Court Grants Relief to 2015 Group-2 Rankers

The Telangana High Court’s Chief Justice Bench has provided major relief to the 2015 Group-2 rankers. The CJ Bench suspended the recent Single Bench order and issued interim directions.

Earlier, the Single Bench had cancelled the selection list of candidates from the 2015-16 Group-2 examination, expressing dissatisfaction over the evaluation of answer sheets that contained whitener usage and corrections.

After reviewing the submissions of the rankers, the CJ Bench stayed the Single Bench’s order, offering temporary relief to the selected candidates. This has eased the uncertainty that had been looming over their selection.
