Telangana is set to transform its infrastructure with the construction of 10 greenfield radial roads under the “Telangana Rising - Vision 2047” plan. These roads will connect the Outer Ring Road with the upcoming Regional Ring Road, creating a strong transport network. Designed under the hub-and-spoke model with Hyderabad as the central hub, the project aims to improve connectivity between urban, semi-urban, and rural areas while reducing congestion in city limits.
The roads are expected to enhance industrial growth by reducing logistics costs and improving accessibility to key regions. Along these corridors, the government also plans to develop 10 advanced net-zero townships to promote sustainable living and reduce pollution. These townships will encourage a walk-to-work culture by integrating residential and industrial zones. Initial construction has already begun on some routes, marking a major step toward long-term economic and infrastructural development.
