A technical issue has once again disrupted services of the Hyderabad Metro Rail in the city. Metro services on the Ameerpet-Raidurg corridor have come to a halt, causing severe inconvenience to commuters.
On Friday morning, due to a technical glitch, a metro train came to a standstill on the tracks near the Jubilee Check Post Metro Station. As a result, services on both directions Ameerpet to Raidurg and Raidurg to Ameerpet were completely suspended.
Reports also suggest that trains were halted at stations including Madhapur and Hitech City. Immediately after the incident came to light, metro officials initiated efforts to resolve the technical issue. With frequent technical disruptions occurring in recent times, passengers have expressed dissatisfaction over metro services.
