Supreme Court shocks former minister Malla Reddy

Former Telangana minister and BRS leader Malla Reddy, his son Mahender Reddy, and son-in-law Marri Rajasekhar Reddy faced a setback in the Supreme Court. They had approached the apex court to challenge the Telangana High Court order regarding a land survey at Survey No. 82/1/EE in Qutubullapur, Medchal-Malkajgiri district, but the Supreme Court refused to intervene.

The Supreme Court noted that the survey process had already been completed and dismissed the petition. The dispute involved blocking access to the land and challenging a tahsildar-issued letter, but the High Court and division bench orders were upheld, leaving no scope for further intervention by the apex court.
