Speaking at an event held in Hyderabad, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy articulated his vision for the state's development. He stated, "Our objective, guided by the 'Telangana Rising 2047' vision, is to position the state as the number one in the country across all sectors." He called for transforming the state into a global model in the service, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors, urging every citizen to become a partner in this journey. He emphasized that the 99-day action plan, implemented under the 'Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika' (People's Governance – Progress Plan) initiative, must be executed with the fervor of a mass movement.
The Chief Minister noted that since assuming office, the government has been coordinating and advancing both welfare and development initiatives while simultaneously overcoming financial challenges. He affirmed that the administration operates with the ethos, "We are not rulers; we are servants," placing the needs of the people at the very center of its efforts. He made it clear that their firm resolve is to ensure government schemes bring about tangible changes in people's actual lives, rather than remaining mere entries on paper. He directed officials to identify issues ranging from the village level up to the state level and to resolve them with promptness.
Speaking at the same event, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao reiterated that the primary goal is to elevate the state to the pinnacle of national leadership by 2047. He explained that the core objective is to directly understand and resolve the public's grievances through the mechanism of 'Gram Sabhas' (village assemblies). Officials present at the event stated that measures are being taken to ensure that welfare schemes reach all eligible beneficiaries. On this occasion, benefits under various schemes were distributed to beneficiaries, and awareness regarding these programs was created among the public.
