AP government will soon hold a key meeting on Telugu film industry issues

The state government has initiated a review of movie ticket pricing by convening a high-level meeting under the cinematography department. Discussions primarily focused on ticket rates for films being shot in Andhra Pradesh, including high-budget productions.

Officials examined various aspects such as pricing regulations and ensuring that audiences are not burdened. Following the meeting with senior officials, the government plans to hold separate discussions with key representatives from the film industry.

Minister Kandula Durgesh stated that the dates for these meetings will be announced shortly and emphasized that decisions will be taken through coordination between the government and the film sector.
