A small-budget film titled ‘Hanuman Amsha’ is reportedly creating a sensation at the box office with its extraordinary run. Made on a modest budget of just ₹2 crore, the film opened with collections of around ₹10 lakh on its first day. However, strong word-of-mouth and sustained audience support helped the movie gain momentum with each passing day. In just 29 days of its theatrical run, the film has reportedly collected a staggering ₹120 crore gross.
With the movie now heading towards the ₹200-crore milestone, its performance has surprised trade observers and highlighted the potential of content-driven films. The film is also drawing attention amid competition from bigger releases such as ‘Dhurandhar’. Its reported box-office figures make it one of the notable Indian films to deliver exceptionally high returns on a very limited investment.
