Nayanthara Wraps Up Divine Drama, Celebrates on Set Ahead of New Year

The shooting of the much-anticipated divine drama starring Nayanthara in the lead, Mukuthi Amman 2, has been successfully completed. Marking the occasion, the actress and the film’s team celebrated with a cake-cutting ceremony on the sets, a day ahead of the New Year.

Directed by Sundar C, the film is produced by Ishari K. Ganesh in association with Ivy Entertainment. Nayanthara reprises a powerful and spiritually significant role, while the film is set to release in Telugu under the title Mahashakti.

The cast also includes Duniya Vijay, Regina Cassandra, Yogi Babu, Urvashi, Abhinaya, and others in prominent roles. The first part, Mukuthi Amman (released in Telugu as Ammoru Thalli), premiered directly on OTT in 2020 and received widespread appreciation. With the sequel now wrapped up, expectations are high for another engaging cinematic experience.
