‘Jai Jai Ram’ from ‘Ramayana’ Released

The much-awaited ‘Ramayana’ has begun its musical journey with the release of its first song, ‘Jai Jai Ram’. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film’s devotional track was unveiled on Ganesh Chaturthi with the tagline ‘Our Truth. Our History’. A.R. Rahman composed the music, Dr. Kumar Vishwas penned the lyrics, while Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal lent their voices to the song.

Starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Sai Pallavi as Sita, the song features glimpses of their wedding, exile and other important moments from the epic. Yash plays Ravana, Sunny Deol portrays Hanuman and Ravi Dubey appears as Lakshman. Produced by Namit Malhotra, ‘Ramayana’ is scheduled to release worldwide in theatres during Diwali 2026.
