Huge deal for Anil Ravipudi’s film even before it goes on floors?

Tollywood hitmaker Anil Ravipudi is once again targeting the Sankranti season with a massive project starring Venkatesh and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram in a multistarrer. Even before going on floors, the film has created a sensation in the digital space, with reports suggesting that ZEE5 has acquired the digital rights for a hefty price. Given the strong OTT appeal of Ravipudi’s previous films, the deal is said to be record-breaking and reflects the growing demand for his commercial entertainers.

The script work is currently progressing rapidly in Vizag, following Ravipudi’s sentiment of completing scripts there. The first half has already been locked, with Krithi Shetty confirmed as the female lead, while Keerthy Suresh is being considered for a key role. The film is set to begin shooting in June and is officially slated for a Sankranti 2027 release. With a blend of mass elements, comedy, and emotion, the project has generated high expectations and is anticipated to deliver both theatrical success and record-breaking OTT viewership.
