False Reports About the Daggubati Family – Claims of Court Appearance Are Completely Baseless

Suresh Productions has strongly denied the recent reports circulating about the Daggubati family in connection with the Jubilee Hills Deccan Kitchen case. Contrary to media speculation, there is no truth in the claims that the Nampally Court made adverse remarks against the family or expressed displeasure over alleged non-compliance with court orders. Reports suggesting that the court questioned unequal justice for celebrities and common citizens have also been categorically termed as baseless.

The production house further clarified that no non-bailable warrant has been issued and there is no directive for the family to appear personally in court on February 5, 2026. As per standard legal procedure, the case has simply been adjourned to 05/02/2026.
