Anil Ravipudi Promises a Fresh Take on Rayalaseema

Following a remarkable streak of box-office successes, director Anil Ravipudi has officially commenced work on his next ambitious project. The film was launched with a grand pooja ceremony in Hyderabad on June 18, 2026, attended by the cast and crew. Featuring Venkatesh, Kalyan Ram, Keerthy Suresh, and Kriti Shetty in lead roles, the much-anticipated entertainer is currently being referred to as #VenkyAnil5 and #NKRAR2.

Ahead of the commencement of shooting, the makers unveiled a humorous promotional video titled “Kathi Lanti Idea,” showcasing Anil Ravipudi’s signature comedy style. The director revealed that the story is set in the Rayalaseema region, a backdrop traditionally associated with faction dramas. However, this film promises to present the region through a refreshing blend of humor and entertainment. With music composed by GV Prakash Kumar and production by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner, the film is slated for a grand theatrical release during Sankranthi 2027. Zee Studios, Suresh Productions, and Smt. Archana are presenting the project.
