YouTuber Madhumitha Reportedly Flees Amid Police Investigation

A theft involving 118 sovereigns of gold and diamond jewellery and cash from the home of YouTuber Madhumitha in the Thammathukonam area near Nagercoil has created a stir. Madhumitha was reportedly known for posting videos and reels featuring jewellery and cash. Rajakkamangalam police investigated the burglary, and reports said four people were subsequently arrested in connection with the case.

Meanwhile, a contractor from Tirunelveli reportedly approached the police alleging that Madhumitha had taken his five-sovereign gold chain. A separate case was reportedly registered based on the complaint. Amid the ongoing investigation, Madhumitha is said to have locked her house and left with her husband and daughter. Her older videos have since resurfaced and gone viral, while reports also suggest an increase in the number of people following her online.
