Drain construction work from Sarapaka to Satyanarayana Temple has triggered concerns among local residents. According to the residents, the decision was to construct the drain at a distance of 35 feet from the centre of the main road, and work began based on that understanding. However, they allege that the specified distance is not being maintained consistently along the route.
Residents have questioned what they describe as unequal implementation of the plan and called on officials to ensure that the same standard is followed throughout the project. They have also urged the authorities to take steps to avoid traffic disruptions on the main road connecting Sarapaka and Manuguru. The concerns and allegations are yet to be addressed through an official clarification.
