

Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended a BJP public meeting in Bengaluru, Karnataka, amid heightened security concerns. Ahead of the event, police discovered two gelatin sticks at Kaggalipura, nearly three kilometers away from the venue where the Prime Minister was scheduled to address the gathering. Bomb disposal squads immediately reached the spot and safely removed the explosive materials.
Police officials stated that a suspect believed to have placed the gelatin sticks has been taken into custody. Authorities intensified security checks and conducted extensive searches across the surrounding areas following the discovery. According to the police, the gelatin sticks were identified during routine security inspections along the route of the Prime Minister’s convoy before his arrival at the venue. A detailed investigation into the incident is currently underway.
