EC urges political parties to support Special Intensive Revision (SIR) survey

The Telangana Chief Electoral Officer C. Sudarshan Reddy IAS has urged all political parties to extend full support for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) survey starting on June 25 in Hyderabad. He said the initiative aims to prepare a clean and accurate voter list by including eligible voters and removing ineligible entries.

The door-to-door survey will continue from June 25 to July 24, during which Booth Level Officers will distribute enumeration forms to households. Political parties have been requested to assist through their Booth Level Agents and help spread awareness among the public to avoid confusion and ensure smooth conduct of the exercise.
