Delhi Court Issues Bailable Warrant Against YouTuber Dhruv Rathee

A Saket court in Delhi has issued a bailable warrant against YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a criminal defamation case filed by Vikas Pandey eight years ago. Pandey had approached the court alleging that Rathee’s video titled ‘BJP IT Cell Part 2’ had damaged his reputation.

An earlier warrant in the case could not be served as it was sent to an incorrect address in Austria. The court has now directed that the fresh warrant be sent to Rathee’s address in Gurugram. The next hearing in the matter is scheduled for November 23.
