The much-awaited IPL 2026 season is set to begin in just five days, featuring top international and domestic cricketers. While teams are already gearing up with intense practice matches, the organizers have released the schedule for the first 20 matches. The opening clash will take place on March 28 between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. To enhance the fan experience, the BCCI has planned special fan parks, primarily scheduled over weekends.
Each fan park will offer live match screenings along with a variety of engaging activities. Fans can enjoy music, entertainment, food courts, kids’ play zones, virtual batting and bowling nets, face painting, and photo booths. This fan park initiative, first introduced by the BCCI in 2015, continues to bring the stadium-like experience closer to fans. These parks will be set up across multiple cities over three weekends, covering locations such as Rohtak, Bhopal, Nagpur, Tumakuru, Krishna Nagar, Mathura, Jodhpur, Mysuru, Bhubaneswar, Nizamabad, Meerut, Nadiad, Ratnagiri, Coimbatore, and Rourkela.
