Speaker Issues Notices to Kadiyam Srihari in Defection Case!

Telangana Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad has issued notices to MLA Kadiyam Srihari in connection with allegations of party defection. The Speaker directed Srihari to appear for a hearing scheduled at 11 am on Wednesday. The notices were issued following a disqualification petition filed by BRS MLA KP Vivekanand, seeking action against Srihari under anti-defection laws.

The Speaker has also served notices to petitioner KP Vivekanand, instructing him to submit all documentary evidence related to the disqualification plea. The hearing will examine the allegations of party defection and the supporting materials submitted by both sides.
