BJP leader N. Ramchander Rao has criticised the HYDRAA Commissioner over the alleged encroachment of government land in Nadergul. Rao claimed that the commissioner’s approach had not changed despite directions from the court. He alleged that the matter was being delayed by presenting misleading information before the court and questioned why government land in Nadergul was not being effectively protected.
Rao further alleged that illegal constructions were continuing on the government land in Nadergul and demanded action to safeguard public property. He also criticised HYDRAA over its alleged approach towards AIMIM, claiming that the agency appeared to show greater consideration towards the Majlis than towards the public. The allegations have added to the ongoing political debate over the protection of government land and action against alleged encroachments in Hyderabad.
