TTD has issued an important update for devotees regarding the expansion of annadanam services. The board has decided to introduce Tirumala-style quality meals in many temples under TTD’s jurisdiction. EO Anil Kumar Singhal stated that staff working in the annaprasadam sections will be given specialized training.
He also directed officials to identify and take necessary action if any non-Hindu individuals are employed within TTD-managed sections. Additionally, he instructed the team to speed up the expansion works of the Sri Venkateswara temple at Amaravati.
Currently, annadanam is being served in 15 TTD temples. Starting from the 31st of this month, the service will begin in 19 more temples. The remaining 26 temples will launch the program from February 28, 2026. TTD also noted that annadanam is already being provided at the Jubilee Hills temple in Hyderabad.
