Telangana Election Commission releases municipal election voter list

The Telangana State Election Commission has released the final voter list for the upcoming municipal elections. The list covers 117 municipalities and six corporations, with a total of 5,192,220 registered voters.

According to the gender-wise breakdown, there are 2,537,136 male voters, 2,654,453 female voters, and 631 others. Female voters outnumber male voters, highlighting their significant influence in the local elections.

As per the election schedule, the municipal elections are set to be announced on January 20, with polling to take place in the second week of next month. Authorities have confirmed that all preparations are in place to ensure a smooth electoral process.
