He also highlighted that 921 public services have been brought directly to citizens through WhatsApp Governance. Gates appreciated the simplification of citizen services, the transparent tax collection process strengthened after GST implementation, and the use of blockchain technology with QR code security features to safeguard land records. He also commended the AP AI Search Bar initiative that makes government documents easily accessible to the public.
Bill Gates expressed special appreciation for the Sanjeevani Digital Health Records project being implemented in Kuppam and Chittoor districts with support from the Gates Foundation. He reviewed how AI-based healthcare solutions assist citizens in monitoring blood pressure and diabetes while providing lifestyle and dietary guidance. Calling the initiative very nice, Gates praised the use of artificial intelligence in delivering primary healthcare services and emphasized the need for affordable diagnostic services, especially for pregnant women requiring ultrasound and scanning tests. He also examined the Amaravati capital city master plan and appreciated the allocation of 30 percent of land for water bodies and green spaces, describing the development vision as great work.
