Nara Bhuvaneswari Receives ‘Outstanding Dairy Professional Award – 2025’

Kerala: For her outstanding contribution to the dairy sector and dedicated efforts towards empowering dairy farmers, Heritage Foods Vice Chairperson and Managing Director Nara Bhuvaneswari has received yet another prestigious honour. She was conferred with the Outstanding Dairy Professional Award – 2025 by the Indian Dairy Association. In recognition of her distinguished services, the Institute of Directors also honoured her with the Distinguished Fellowship Award – 2025. In addition, the Heritage Foods Group, under her leadership, was presented with the Golden Peacock Award.

The South Zone of the Indian Dairy Association announced the Outstanding Dairy Professional Award – 2025 in recognition of her visionary leadership in the development of the dairy industry, her significant contribution to farmer empowerment, and her role in strengthening the dairy ecosystem. The award was presented during the inaugural session of the Southern Dairy and Food Conclave – 2026, held at the Calicut Trade Centre, Dr. Varghese Kurien Nagar, Kozhikode, Kerala. On behalf of Nara Bhuvaneswari, Heritage Foods CEO Kesavan received the award, which was presented by Kerala State Minister for Animal Husbandry J. Chinchu Rani.

The jury appreciated that under Nara Bhuvaneswari’s leadership, Heritage Foods has prioritized sustainable dairy development, strengthened farmer-centric systems, and consistently delivered high-quality products to consumers, thereby earning a distinguished position in the industry. Expressing her gratitude, Nara Bhuvaneswari said that receiving the Outstanding Dairy Professional Award – 2025 at the Southern Dairy and Food Conclave is a great honour and a recognition of the continuous efforts of the Heritage Foods team, as well as the strong relationships built with farmers and stakeholders. She added that the award further motivates the organization to promote innovation, implement sustainable practices, strengthen rural economies, and reinforces Heritage Foods’ leadership in the dairy and FMCG sectors.
