52 Maoists surrender

Raipur: In Chhattisgarh, 52 Maoists surrendered to the police, including 21 women. All of them have been identified as members of the Dandakaranya Special Zone and AOB (Area Organization of the Bastar) Maoist units.

According to police officials, a reward of Rs. 1.41 crore has been announced for them. The government is taking measures to prevent Maoist activities and efforts are ongoing to rehabilitate the surrendered members.
