Tollywood’s young heroes are increasingly exploring multiple creative roles beyond acting. Ram Pothineni, who recently showcased his interest in writing and singing, is now preparing to take charge as a director. His 23rd project is said to be a psychological action thriller, marking a new phase in his career. The actor is set to take on the responsibility of leading the project as its captain of the ship.

Kiran Abbavaram is also reportedly moving towards direction with his 13th film. Apart from acting and production, the young actor is said to be planning a youthful entertainer as his directorial debut, with the title yet to be finalised. Meanwhile, Kartikeya Gummakonda has announced his directorial plans with ‘Come Back’. The film is said to be a boxing-based action drama, with Kartikeya also taking on writing and production responsibilities. These moves reflect the growing interest among young Telugu actors in exploring different aspects of filmmaking.
