Karthi and director Mohan Raja are set to collaborate on a highly anticipated project, which will mark the actor’s 31st film. Produced on a lavish budget under the Prince Pictures banner, the movie is planned as a commercial family entertainer. Even before production begins, the project has generated considerable buzz, with fans particularly curious about the film’s female lead.

While names such as Nayanthara and Trisha were initially discussed, reports suggest that Trisha has now been finalised for the role. If confirmed, Karthi and Trisha will reunite after their successful pairing in ‘Ponniyin Selvan’, creating fresh excitement among fans. Hip Hop Tamizha is reportedly on board as the music composer, while the makers are planning to begin shooting towards the end of this year.
