Superstar Mahesh Babu’s blockbuster film Dookudu, directed by Srinu Vaitla and starring Samantha alongside him, is all set for a grand re-release on August 9, marking the actor’s birthday. As part of the celebrations, director Srinu Vaitla has been sharing interesting behind-the-scenes moments from the film’s shoot. Recently, he revealed a surprising incident that occurred while filming the song Guruvaaram March Okati. He recalled that the shoot was taking place near a road, with the film unit busy on one side while he stood on the other side, looking at a lake and planning the next scene.

During that time, Mahesh Babu wanted to convey something to the director and stepped onto the road. Suddenly, a bus approached very close to him, prompting the actor to quickly pull his leg back. Mahesh later explained the situation to Srinu Vaitla, who admitted that he was deeply shocked and took some time to recover from the moment. The director also shared that he kept this incident a secret back then to avoid panic among the team and is revealing it publicly for the first time now.
