On the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy urged citizens to stay away from drugs and contribute towards building a healthy society. He emphasized the importance of promoting positive values among the youth and called upon everyone to support the vision of a Drug-Free Telangana.
The Chief Minister stated that drug abuse not only destroys individual lives but also breaks families and creates serious social and law-and-order challenges. He stressed that public awareness, vigilance, and social responsibility are essential to curb drug abuse and illegal trafficking. He appealed to every citizen to actively participate in creating a safer and healthier Telangana.
