Mercedes-AMG G 63 Offroad Pro Arrives in India

Mercedes-Benz has introduced the AMG G 63 Offroad Pro special edition in India for the first time. Available in limited numbers, the SUV starts at ₹3.80 crore. Designed for challenging terrains, it features a special suspension setup, improved wheel grip and technologies aimed at enhancing vehicle stability. A dedicated off-road control system is also provided to help drivers navigate difficult routes with greater ease.

The SUV is powered by a 4.0 litre V8 biturbo petrol engine paired with a 48 volt mild-hybrid system, producing 585 hp and 850 Nm of peak torque. It gets an all wheel drive system, 20-inch special wheels, a roof mounted luggage setup and rear steps. The 9 speed automatic gearbox enables the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 4.4 seconds. Inside, it features Nappa leather, premium materials and customisable ambient lighting. The new off-road cockpit displays information such as vehicle position, compass, altitude, steering angle, tyre pressure and differential lock status. The SUV also comes with the MBUX NTG7 infotainment system and augmented reality navigation.
