After a double elimination in the seventh week, the show repeated the same decision in the eighth week, sending two contestants out of the house. Popular folk singer Jhansi was among those eliminated. During the elimination process, Sudheer reportedly received fewer votes and was at risk of being evicted. However, Mukesh used his superpower to restore the nomination-saving power that Jhansi had previously received. He reportedly placed a condition that she should use that power to save Sudheer. As a result, Jhansi lost the opportunity to use it for herself, and the decision eventually proved costly. Had she retained the power, she might have had a chance to save herself. The unexpected turn of events led to her exit as part of the eighth-week double elimination.

Jhansi first gained recognition through Agni Pariksha Season 2 before entering the Bigg Boss house as a main contestant. Although she joined the show as a commoner, she gradually earned appreciation for her gameplay. While some viewers criticised her for playing it safe, her straightforward approach, efforts in tasks and willingness to express her opinions made her stand out. Many expected her to make it to the grand finale, making her elimination in the eighth week a surprise. Regarding her remuneration, reports suggest that Jhansi was paid approximately ₹70,000 to ₹75,000 per week. For her eight-week stay, she is estimated to have earned around ₹5.60 lakh to ₹6 lakh. She is also reportedly said to have received an additional ₹50,000 through the Agni Pariksha task. These remuneration figures have not been officially confirmed.
