The reported meeting took place at the residence of Union Minister Bhupender Yadav and was attended by key political figures, including BJP leaders involved in outreach efforts in West Bengal.

According to political sources, more than 20 TMC MPs are reportedly in touch with senior BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari. There are also reports that a group of MPs may approach Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla seeking recognition as a separate parliamentary group.
