Nampally Court Returns Charge Sheet in Sandhya Theatre Stampede Case

A key development has emerged in the Sandhya Theatre stampede case, as the Nampally Court has returned the charge sheet filed by the police. The court, which had already rejected the charge sheet twice earlier, pointed out technical deficiencies in the submission. The police had filed the charge sheet against actor Allu Arjun and 23 others in connection with the incident.

The court observed that crucial supporting materials such as hard disks, CDs, and pen drives were not attached to the charge sheet. It directed the police to resubmit the documents with complete evidence. This development is being seen as an important turn in the ongoing investigation.
