Yash Prefers Action, Stays Away from Horror

Kannada star Yash shared interesting insights in a recent interview about his movie preferences. He revealed that he enjoys watching almost all genres except horror films, stating that action movies are his absolute favorite. While he prefers to stay away from horror as an audience, he clarified that he has no hesitation in acting in such films if the story and script are compelling. Yash added that watching horror films in theatres feels uncomfortable for him, as he prefers a relaxed cinematic experience rather than being unnecessarily scared.

Speaking further, Yash emphasized that action films will always remain his top choice. Although horror films are not part of his personal watchlist, he is open to experimenting with the genre as an actor. On the work front, Yash is currently playing the role of Ravana in Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, starring Ranbir Kapoor as Rama and Sai Pallavi as Sita. He is also working on the much-awaited pan-India film Toxic, directed by Geetu Mohandas, featuring Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, and Rukmini Vasanth. The film is slated for release on August 26.
