Sonali Bendre Begins Her Second Innings

Former Telugu film industry star heroine Sonali Bendre is focusing on her second innings in cinema. She is making her debut as a presenter with the upcoming Marathi film ‘Sohla’. The title ‘Sohla’ refers to a festival or celebration in Marathi. Directed by Saikat Bagban, the film is described as an emotional drama revolving around a lively 13-year-old boy named Pashya. Pravin Dalimbkar, Devdatt Prashant Ghone, Varsha Malvankar, Vaishnavi Sanjay Ghodke and Alessandra Whelan Meredith play key roles.

The makers have recently unveiled the first-look poster of ‘Sohla’, which features four children appearing cheerful and has caught the attention of viewers. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on October 16. Goldie Behl, Sachin Shrivastava, Ratna Shrivastava and Kavita Bagban are jointly producing the project, while Cinepolis will handle its theatrical release across India.
