Actress Ambika Breaks Silence on Sister Radha’s Rs 46 Crore Cheque Complaint

Actress Ambika has responded to the police complaint filed by her sister Radha, who alleged that signed cheques kept at her Chennai residence were taken without her knowledge and later presented in an attempt to claim around Rs 46 crore. Five old cheques were reportedly presented in Ambika’s name, according to Radha’s complaint. Responding to the allegations, Ambika denied any wrongdoing and said the accusation that she entered Radha’s room and stole the cheques was deeply distressing. She questioned how such a theft could have taken place, pointing out that Radha is extremely careful about her belongings and keeps valuables in bags secured with number locks.

Ambika also said the dispute is connected to the family’s property issues, particularly ARS Garden. She claimed that the property was built with her earnings and that she had previously approached the court after the name was changed to RR Garden and she was allegedly denied what she considered her rightful share. Ambika said several attempts had been made to resolve the matter within the family, but the issue eventually reached the legal system. She added that since the matter is currently before the court, she would respect the legal process and refrain from making further public comments. The allegations in Radha’s complaint have not been adjudicated, and the police investigation is expected to establish the facts.
