The Rajamouli Team Set to Wrap Up ‘Varanasi’ Shoot!

Varanasi, the upcoming ambitious film starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran, is directed by SS Rajamouli and is being mounted on a large scale. The film is reportedly being planned with an IMAX presentation, adding to the expectations surrounding the project. The makers had previously indicated that the shooting would be completed during October.

According to the latest update, the team may not need the entire month and could reportedly wrap up the shoot by the first week of October. Once filming is completed, the focus is expected to shift to extensive post-production work. With the project progressing towards its scheduled release, MM Keeravaani is composing the music for the film. Varanasi is currently slated to arrive in theatres on April 7, although the exact release year should be confirmed through an official announcement.
