Rajamouli’s movie features Prakash Raj in a key role in Varanasi

Varanasi is the latest film starring Prince Mahesh Babu under the direction of ace filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli (Jakkanna). This massive action-adventure movie features Mahesh Babu in the lead role, with Priyanka Chopra as the female lead. Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen in a special role.

The main characters have already been revealed. Now, reports suggest that Prakash Raj will also be part of the film in a unique role. According to buzz, he will be seen as Mahesh Babu’s father in the movie. Posts related to Prakash Raj’s shooting schedule going on floors soon are currently going viral. An official announcement from Rajamouli is expected shortly.

The makers are planning to release Varanasi in the summer of 2027. This pan-India project is said to feature Mahesh Babu in as many as five different roles.
